Pegasus Partner Network
Terms & Conditions
Effective 19 October 2026
1. About the Programme
1.1 The Pegasus Partner Network (the “Programme”) allows approved individuals and organisations (“Partners”) to introduce prospective learners to Pegasus Training Ltd (“Pegasus”) and, where the conditions in these Terms are satisfied, earn a referral commission or other agreed reward.
1.2 Participation is by approval only. Pegasus may accept or reject an application at its discretion and may place a Partner in the Graduate Partner or Business Partner group.
1.3 Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership or joint-venture relationship. A Partner has no authority to bind Pegasus or make commitments on its behalf.
2. Eligibility and Partner Accounts
2.1 Applicants must provide accurate and complete information and keep their contact and payment information up to date.
2.2 Partner accounts, referral links, codes and portal access are personal to the approved Partner and must not be sold, transferred or shared without Pegasus's prior written approval.
2.3 Partners must protect their login credentials and notify Pegasus promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.
2.4 Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Pegasus may review referrals involving a Partner, its owners, employees, close associates or members of the same household where there is a reasonable concern that the Programme is being used primarily to obtain a personal discount or commission.
3. Referral Tracking and Attribution
3.1 Pegasus may track referrals using AffiliateWP, referral URLs, cookies or similar technologies, referral/discount codes, enquiry records, QR codes and manual attribution by Pegasus staff.
3.2 The standard referral tracking window is 90 days from the first valid tracked referral interaction, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
3.3 The first valid referrer will normally receive attribution. A later Partner link, code or interaction will not normally replace an earlier valid attribution.
3.4 Where technical tracking has not occurred, Pegasus may manually attribute a referral if the prospective learner identifies the Partner and Pegasus is satisfied that there is reasonable evidence of the introduction.
3.5 Pegasus's records will be the primary evidence for referral attribution. Pegasus may correct clear technical, administrative or tracking errors.
3.6 A prospective learner who has made a genuine enquiry, been in active communication with Pegasus, or received a course quotation during the previous 90 days will normally be treated as an existing Pegasus lead and will not qualify as a new Partner referral. After 90 days without meaningful contact, Pegasus may treat a new Partner introduction as eligible.
3.7 Duplicate or competing referral claims will be determined by Pegasus using the first valid recorded referral, enquiry history, codes, correspondence and any other reasonably relevant evidence.
4. Qualifying Enrolments and Payments
4.1 A referral does not earn commission merely because an enquiry has been submitted. Enquiries may initially be recorded as Pending.
4.2 A referred learner must enrol on an eligible Pegasus course and satisfy the qualifying-payment requirement.
4.3 The qualifying-payment requirement is satisfied when Pegasus has received either: (a) full payment for the course; or (b) where the learner is using an agreed payment plan, both the required deposit and the first scheduled payment following that deposit.
4.4 After the qualifying-payment requirement has been satisfied, the referral remains subject to the standard 30-day commission holding period.
4.5 If the learner cancels, receives a refund, fails to satisfy the qualifying-payment requirement, or the referral is otherwise found to be ineligible before commission becomes payable, Pegasus may reject the referral.
4.6 Partners do not have to wait until all instalments under a payment plan have been paid once clauses 4.3 and 4.4 have been satisfied.
4.7 Pegasus may withhold or investigate a commission where there is a payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud or other material uncertainty concerning the enrolment.
5. Commission and Student Discounts
5.1 Commission rates and referred-student discounts are set by Pegasus and may vary by course, delivery method and Partner group.
5.2 The rates applicable at launch are set out in Schedule 1. Pegasus may publish updated rates in the Partner Dashboard or otherwise notify Partners in accordance with clause 14.
5.3 Partner discounts do not normally combine with other Pegasus promotions or discounts unless Pegasus expressly agrees otherwise.
5.4 Where another Pegasus promotion gives the learner a greater saving, Pegasus may apply the better learner offer while preserving the originating Partner's attribution and commission, provided the referral otherwise qualifies.
5.5 Commission is calculated on a per-enrolment basis using the fixed amount applicable to that course and Partner group, unless Pegasus has expressly agreed a different arrangement with a Partner in writing.
5.6 A Partner must not promise a discount, commission, refund, price or other benefit that Pegasus has not authorised.
6. Payouts
6.1 Eligible commissions are normally processed monthly.
6.2 The standard minimum cash payout is £50. Amounts below the minimum may be carried forward to a later payout period.
6.3 Cash payouts are made by bank transfer through Stripe, Pegasus's payments provider. To receive payouts, the Partner must set up their payout details on Stripe's secure pages, reached from the Partner Dashboard, and keep them up to date. Stripe may ask the Partner to verify their identity. Pegasus does not hold Partners' bank details. Where Stripe payouts are not available to a Partner, Pegasus may pay by another method.
6.4 Partners are responsible for giving Stripe accurate payment details. While a Partner's payout details are incomplete or being verified, approved commission is held, not forfeited, and is included in the next monthly payout once Stripe can pay the Partner. Pegasus is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Partner. Pegasus pays Stripe's payout fees; no fee is deducted from the Partner's commission.
6.5 A referral marked Paid is treated as settled, subject to correction in cases of fraud, manifest error or duplicate payment.
6.6 Partners must raise a query about a referral or payout decision within 30 days of the relevant decision or payout statement.
7. Business Partner Training Credit
7.1 Where Pegasus makes the option available, a Business Partner may elect to receive enhanced Pegasus Training Credit instead of the cash commission otherwise payable for one or more eligible referrals. The election may be made separately for each eligible referral.
7.2 Pegasus Training Credit is calculated separately for each eligible referral using the applicable cash commission and Training Credit value set out in Schedule 2. Where a Business Partner elects to receive Training Credit for more than one referral, the Training Credit issued for those referrals will be combined into the Business Partner's available Training Credit balance.
7.3 Pegasus Training Credit is non-cash credit that may only be used towards eligible training provided by Pegasus Training. Training Credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Each amount of Training Credit issued will expire 12 months after its individual date of issue.
7.4 Training Credit may be used towards eligible Pegasus training for the Business Partner or for its own employees. Pegasus may ask the Business Partner to confirm that a learner is one of its employees before applying Training Credit.
7.5 Where a Business Partner uses Training Credit, available credit with the earliest expiry date will be applied first.
7.6 A Business Partner may only use Training Credit that has been formally issued and remains available and unexpired at the date of redemption. Where the value of the requested redemption exceeds the Business Partner's available Training Credit balance, the redemption will not be permitted unless the remaining course or training cost is paid separately by another payment method accepted by Pegasus.
7.7 Once Training Credit has been selected and issued in place of a cash commission for an eligible referral, the Business Partner will have no entitlement to subsequently exchange that Training Credit for the original cash commission.
7.8 If an eligible referral is cancelled or refunded before Training Credit has been issued, the Training Credit election lapses and no Training Credit or cash commission will be due for that referral. Training Credit that has already been issued will not be withdrawn, except in cases of fraud, manifest error or duplicate issue.
8. Partner Marketing Obligations
8.1 Partners must market Pegasus responsibly, accurately and lawfully and must comply with applicable advertising rules, including the CAP Code where it applies.
8.2 Where Partner content is affiliate advertising, its commercial nature must be made obviously identifiable to consumers. Partners should use clear upfront disclosure such as “Ad” where required by the context and applicable guidance.
8.3 Partners must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Pegasus, its qualifications, accreditation or recognition, course outcomes, employment prospects, guaranteed earnings, prices, discounts or availability.
8.4 Partners may use marketing materials supplied by Pegasus. Any alteration must not make the content misleading or materially change an approved claim.
8.5 Partners must not present themselves as employees, agents or official representatives of Pegasus unless Pegasus has expressly authorised this in writing.
8.6 Partners must not use unsolicited bulk email, spam, automated unsolicited direct messages, deceptive accounts, misleading domains or other abusive promotional methods.
8.7 Partners must not bid on “Pegasus Training”, “Pegasus Training Ltd” or obvious variations or misspellings of Pegasus brand terms in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
8.8 Partners must not publish or distribute Pegasus referral/discount codes through voucher, coupon or deal-aggregation websites without prior written approval.
8.9 Pegasus may require a Partner to amend or remove marketing content that Pegasus reasonably considers inaccurate, non-compliant, damaging or inconsistent with the Programme.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Pegasus grants each active Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved Pegasus names, logos and marketing assets solely to promote eligible Pegasus courses under the Programme.
9.2 All rights in Pegasus branding and materials remain with Pegasus or the relevant rights holder.
9.3 A Partner must stop using Pegasus branding and Programme materials promptly when participation ends or when Pegasus requests it.
10. Privacy, Tracking and Confidentiality
10.1 Pegasus will operate website referral tracking in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic-communications requirements. Non-essential tracking technologies must be handled through the website's consent and privacy arrangements as required.
10.2 Partners must not collect, disclose or misuse personal data on Pegasus's behalf unless Pegasus has expressly authorised the activity and appropriate data-protection arrangements are in place.
10.3 Partners should refer prospective learners to Pegasus's approved enquiry channels rather than sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information about prospects to Pegasus.
10.4 Non-public Programme information, including confidential commercial arrangements or Partner-only materials, must not be disclosed except where required by law or authorised by Pegasus.
11. Tax and Partner Responsibilities
11.1 Partners are responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, accounting, reporting and other obligations arising from commissions or training credits they receive.
11.2 Pegasus may request reasonable information required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax, legal or financial advice to a Partner.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1 Either Pegasus or the Partner may end participation in the Programme.
12.2 Pegasus may suspend or terminate a Partner immediately where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, misleading advertising, misuse of Pegasus branding, spam, manipulation of tracking, breach of these Terms or conduct likely to cause material harm to Pegasus.
12.3 On termination, the Partner must stop representing itself as a Pegasus Partner and cease use of Partner-only links, codes, branding and marketing materials as directed by Pegasus.
12.4 Legitimate referrals generated before termination may remain eligible if they subsequently satisfy the normal qualifying rules. Fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible referrals do not become payable.
12.5 Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination and which by their nature are intended to survive.
13. Fraud, Abuse and Withholding
13.1 Pegasus may reject, reverse, suspend or withhold a referral or payout where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, collusion, duplicate attribution, self-referral, code abuse, fabricated enquiries, tracking manipulation or other misuse of the Programme.
13.2 Pegasus may request reasonable supporting evidence when investigating a referral.
13.3 Repeated low-quality, fabricated or abusive referrals may result in suspension or termination.
14. Changes to the Programme
14.1 Pegasus may change future commission rates, discounts, eligible courses, training-credit values, Programme features or these Terms on reasonable notice.
14.2 Changes will not retrospectively reduce a commission that has already satisfied the qualifying-payment requirement and completed the applicable holding period before the change takes effect.
14.3 Continued participation after a notified change takes effect will constitute acceptance of the revised Programme terms, subject to applicable law.
15. Liability and General Terms
15.1 Pegasus does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, enquiries, enrolments, commissions or earnings.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15.3 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
15.4 A failure or delay by Pegasus to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
15.5 These Terms and any expressly incorporated Programme rules form the agreement governing participation in the Programme, subject to any separate written commercial agreement between Pegasus and a particular Partner.
15.6 These Terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply by law.
16. Contact
16.1 Programme questions, referral disputes and notices should be submitted through the contact method specified in the Pegasus Partner Dashboard or on the Pegasus website.
