Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy is a highly valued qualification within the fitness industry. By learning various advanced therapy based massage techniques to manipulate and rehabilitate the soft tissues of the body, the course is an excellent way for qualified Level 2 or 3 Instructors to maximise their earning potential and expertise.
The course can be completed on a full-time basis over 3 weeks.
The course combines in-depth theory and practical sessions that give you an advanced level of understanding about the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system, how to conduct subjective and objective assessments, as well as additional sports massage techniques and treatment modalities.
